FAQ
What is the minimum stay time?
The minimum stay is 6 months.
How long leaving notice must be given?
1 month. (Subject to completing the minimum term)
What deposit is required?
A deposit equal to four weeks rent. So if your rent is £100 per week then the deposit will be £400.
Are the houses Christian only
We have Christian and non-Christian houses, you will be placed based on your room request preferance. If you choose a Christian house you will be moved into a Christian house.
Are bills included
All bills are included in the stated rental price. (including taxes like Council tax)
What is the train/tube fare from Zone 3 to Zone 1?
It is £2.50 on the London Underground using an Oyster pay as you go card.
Are the rooms furnished?
All rooms come furnished with a bed, matress, wardrobe, cupboards and a beside table. (May vary slightly from room to room)
I want more photos?
We are in the process of getting the photos onto the website, for the time being you can e-mail us or fill in a room request.
Is there a BBQ/Garden area?
All our houses have a BBQ area located in the back garden.
