Room let prices
We will decide at what prices to let the individual rooms. Kingdom Houses have years of experience in pricing rooms in order to maximise profits. Price a room to high and flatmates will not stay for long, price the room to low and you will lose out on potential rent every month.

Cost / Pricing
For full management we operate a commission based charge determined by the room types. Fees are only charged when the room is occupied, no occupant = no fee. Bills still have to be covered.

In our case study we have take a 3 bed house with 2 receptions (which are converted into bedrooms) and have let them out as 1 single room 2 doubles and 2 roomshares. This results in a total of 6-7 people in the house.

The case study above was done on a property which is valued to fetch £1350pcm at the current market rate. Now if an estate agency offered full management at 10% (which is the typical rate) the landlord would get £1215 after commission. Are there any other costs?
There is a small registration fee of £45.00 per room. A five bedroom house will have a registration fee of £225.00
