Managing a room
For managing a room we take a flat fee from the weekly/monthly rent that is recieved for that room. Our responsibilities are getting new flatmates, vetting flatmates, taking deposits, handling contracts and collecting rent.

Fee based rent
With fee based management Kingdom Houses take a flat fee from each flatmate's rent and the rest goes straight to the landlord. Kingdom Houses take care of all of the problems that may arise during the tenancy period. The price for a full based management on commission is substantially higher than that of managing an individual room.
