Safe and secure accommodation
We promise only the best in house security and take the safety of our housemates very seriously. Each house has a front door with lock. Housemates will be provided with a key to the house. All bedrooms have a lock installed.
All keys are returned when housemates vacate the property in exchange for them returning their deposit. Should they not return the key the deposit is used to install a new lock.
Screened housemates
Every housemate goes through a thorough screening process which is why we can guarantee the safety and security of housemates and their belongings.
Like minded housemates
We try our best to match religious and political beliefs of housemates so that like-minded people are living together. This elliminates conflict between housemates completely.
All bills included
No bill collector will come knocking and you can rest assured the rent we quote is the amount inclusive of all utility or tax costs. This is because we understand you do not have the time to be concerned with how much Gas costs, which supplier is cheaper and where to contact them.
Proof of address
Having a postal address is critical to be able to prove your address to a prospective employer or the Government. If you are trying to get a National Insurance number we can help you by giving you a proof of address letter.
1 month notice
Having difficulty with fianances, want to move home? No problem, all our housemates are put on a 1 month notice contract. (Subject to a minimum term of six months)
Personal Full Sky TV
Most rooms come fitted with a personal Sky subscription and TV. This means you watch what you want when you want.
Wireless Internent
All houses come with superfast wireless internet.
Kitchen Utilities
All houses come complete with cutlery, Microwaves, Dishwashers, Dryers, Washers and everything else you need in a kitchen. So you can bake and cook to your heart's delight.
Transparent rent management
We use the Sublettor STARS rent management system to manage the rental accounts of housemates. This software provides housemates with complete transparency as to how rent is calculated, charged and due.
Tenancy reference
Lived in a Kingdom House, moving out to a bigger place? We will give you a tenancy reference stating our experience with you as a tenant. This can help you move into your own studio apartment, flat or house. Remember however Kingdom Houses must write all references according to the honest events during the rental period. (May be subject to a surcharge or testimonial exchange)
Responsive management
Had an raw experience with a landlord before, had to shower in cold water for a week before the boiler got fixed? Kingdom Houses are NOT a lettings agency but a management company. This means we deal with your complaints, issues and requests directly without getting the landlord involved.
By cutting out the landlord we can respond to issues immediately and take a hands on approach in the houses. Have a look here at some fellows negative experience with * ROOMSHARE ABC.
"Hi I have personally had very bad experiences with *ROOMSHARE ABC. The product can be good, at least initially, but the service is very very poor. Be careful with what you are told and what is actually delivered. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR NICE PICTURES. ITS JUST A SHAM! Maintenance calls are not attended to unless u hunt them down. Houses are left in a despicable state. Communal areas are in a mess. Yes it is true that tenants are supposed to clean, but when they dont *ROOMSHARE ABC does not do anything about it. They claim cleaners come around once a month...i stayed with them for 2 yrs n never saw any cleaner! People smoke in the house. U complain about it, you fall on a deaf ear or are asked to deal with it yourself at best!!! They have virtual landlords who are supposed to take care of the house but that does not happen. If you contact them for something it's as if you are asking them to move a mountain. Houses are meant to be for young professionals, you move in n u end up with a bunch of students. Their only concern is to lock you in a contract.... A whole load of promises and lies I would say!" - John
We are not a lettings agency
Do not forget that the lettings agents would tell you what you want to hear since they work on commissions. They dont care whether your needs are met.
Kingdom Houses are a mangement agency and we personally manage the disputes, brakages and issues around the houses. We often turn away paying customers becuase what we have does not fit their needs exactly, this keeps everyone inside the house happy and avoids many disputes and or problems.

All our houses are located a sensible distance from central London. - Within 10 walk minutes from tube Located 5 minutes from public transport makes getting around London easy and fun.

- Proof of address To get a bank account you need to prove your residence. To prove your residence you need a bank account. Sounds like a problem? Don't worry we can give you a written proof of address.
- 1 month escape clause In our houses you have the flexibility to give notice and vacate a month later. This gives you peace of mind knowing that you are never commited to more than a month's rent. A minimum stay applies.
- Sky TV Watch what you want, when you want. All house have Sky TV installed.
- Wireless Internet Stay in touch with your loved ones using the wireless internet or shared PC provided.
- Kitchen utilities Cutlery, pots, pans, plates, cups and more are all provided for your use.
- Transparent rent management Using our online rental system you will always know where you stand along with receiving weekly rent emails.
