I rented a room for almost a year and everything went really well. The house was always tidy and clean and they are used to provide cleaning supplies ( soap, toilet paper, or tablets for the dishwasher).

After finishing travelling and moving back to London, I saw the perfect room, the paperwork was all very simple and I moved in a few days later. The house was immaculate with the added benefit of having lovely, friendly housemates. The house was the perfect stopover for me as they offered a 3 month tenancy which most companies will not offer. Kingdom Houses have been very helpful to me since I first started dealing with them a few years ago.
I found Dawid and Safia very friendly and helpful very understanding and always willing to help.
Both properties I have lived in have been excellent; for the rent you pay (all bill inc), you get a very good size & location, so no stress.
The cleaning staff are very friendly and do an excellent job, keeping the houses clean. All-in-all, and wouldn’t hesitate to get a room/flat with them in the future as Dawid and Safia are pretty cool!

If you are just moving to London or simply want some of the stress of moving to be taken out of the equation (like setting up bills) then I would strongly recommend Kingdom Houses. The team are super helpful and quick! So pay rent with everything included each month is a bonus. I’ve made some really great friends and never once felt like I was just staying there, but actually living there. The houses are all done to a very high standard so I can guarantee you won’t be getting flashbacks to your student days!

With a driveway and 5 minutes walk to the tube station is aideal location.
I stay over 5 years in Ealing with KH. Very comfortable.
A big garden perfect for bbq’s. The living room comes with a big TV and a sofa which was great for chilling out with other housemates.
There was a separate dining area giving a lot of flexibility. I had a very comfortable time and only moved out as I bought my own place.
