Hi guys,

I have this lovely double room up for grabs in our house,

TL: DR: friendly housemates, great sized double room, space for nice desk, extra storage in garage, garden.

First let me tell you about the us, your new housemates as we would like this to be a home not just a houseshare.

Myself, Safia - I'm outgoing and friendly, always on the go, love a good games night or movie night, I work in West London and volunteer at my local church :) We have dinner and bible study at the house every Wednesday

Anshul - Moved to London last year and has been in the house for a year. She works at a well known company, as she's new to London she likes going out to explore, also likes a good games or movie night.

Lisa - Just moved to London and is new to our home and is fitting in really well. She likes to explore and also loves board games and movies.

We all get along really well and it makes the house not just a house share but a home.

Now on to our home:

The house is a 4 storey property, the entrance and garage is on the ground floor, the open plan living space is on the first floor along with the garden (as it's raised at the back of the house). Next is the second floor which has your room, Anshul's room and the WC and bathroom (you share the bathroom and WC with Anshul and another girl). Finally there's another room (which we're still looking for someone to move into) and my room and ensuite.

Council Tax band is a E and bills will be approximately £120-£150 each month (cheaper rate in the summer and the higher rate in the winter).

The room itself is at the front of the house but it's a quiet cul-de-sac so it won't be noisy. The room has a good sized built in wardrobe, a double bed, bedside and shelves. On top of this there's space for a desk/dressing table and a chest of drawers.

We are looking for a friendly, sociable, working professional who is female and is looking for a nice home not just a house share.
